Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Post System Update Root And CWM

Okay had this phone once then i had it fight with the wall at 60 mph and it lost so i got a new one which worked out my os was geting kinda glitchy with installing update failing at rerooting it with motochopper and unbricking it and not having the backup first things first the right way to root the post updated f3

The update disables motochopper but you can use Saferoot to re-root-
[ROOT] Saferoot: Root for VRUEMJ7, MK2, and Android 4.3 - xda-developers

second off the old method for installing CWM dosent work if anyone knows a new alternative that is specifically designed to work for the f3 short of using the apk that was used in the pre update CWM install processes guide (not sure it would be a good idea for rom installs) i would really appreciate it if you posted it here in this well named guide

my is ls720zv6 jz054k 4.1.2 it just would not root it's brand new. this worked awesome thank you very much.

glad it worked now if we could just get CWM compatible with this or even a finger pointed in the right direction
