Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Question about swapping int/ext mem

I am new as a newbie comes. I rooted my vm f3 b/c of lack of storage (& b/c I'm curious about what all I can do w/ a rooted phone). I successfully swapped int/ext storage. My question is, do I need to partition my SD card now? &, if I dl music from Amazon mp3, will it now fill up old internal storage bc it has been swapped? Also, 1 more question, can someone give me advice on what else I should do now that I'm rooted? Btw, I have titanium backup but not sure how to backup to Google drive or Dropbox (both are on phone. Thanks!

Also... I just realized that the int/ext storage swap reverted back to normal when I reset the phone to change the battery. Do I have to do this every time? Does partitioning SD card alleviate this problem?

i use a combo of link 2 sd (which requires you to partition the sd card) NS THIS http://androidforums.com/lg-optimus-f3/801368-mod-app2external_sd-fixed-duplicate-files.html. It has never reverted back on me. Just follow the instructions to the letter. I installed xposed framework to make theme and ui modifications. I removed the q slide from the notification window. there is a thread for that in these forums as well. Lots of things can be done after you root!

This is what i have done with my home screen with xposed. Note the transparent taskbar. To get the transparency you have to use Nova Launcher as it supports it. The stock launcher does not support it.

Thanks for the info. I finally got my sd card partitioned, after ruining a 32gb card. Like I said, I know next to nothing about what & how to modify my newly rooted phone although, its all very exciting at this point!
