I removed the q slide from notifications. Is there a way to get the quick memo back without the q slide?

If it helps any I'm running the cm flavored Roman and I used the deodexed remove q slide

I removed that app from that rom. If you would like it back you will need to extract it from the stock deodexed rom
There are 3 files with that name in the /system/app folder. Memobin.apk, memowidgetbin.apk, and QMemobin.apk.
To make it easy, I would copy all 3 into the rom zip file you installed. Place them into the /system/app folder in the rom zip file.
Copy the rom onto your phone. Boot into cwm recovery and then wipe the dalvick cache. Then install the rom. Don't do a factory wipe.
Once finished installing the rom, your phone will reboot with qmemo.

Thank you so much. One more question. Can I push this to system app via root browser or is the method you posted the only way..

You can push it via adb or via a root browser but you will have to remount the system partition and make it write able. Its easier the way I described.
