Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] storage problem

my brother has an LG F3[virgin mobile] ive rooted it for him but have no way to move apps to the SD card. if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
 
When you go in settings > applications & click on an app, there is no option to move?

What version of android is it? I think the option to move came with 2.2 (Froyo)?

Some apps (especially those with widgets) are meant to stay in the phone.
