Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] Transparent status bar

Anyone know how to enable a transparent status bar? Ive rooted before and found roms with wallpaper included in the status bar. I tinkered with Xposed but not luck.

Xposed module GravityBox has an option for a transparent status bar on the homescreen and lock screen but to the best of my knowledge there is no solution for inside apps.

Download GravityBox from the Xposed installer and look for the Transparency Manager setting in the main menu, it requires a reboot to take effect. I find it looks best with transparency at 50%, but you can tweak that to your liking.

This device almost certainly will be getting the KitKat update in the not too distant future so you could always hold out for that.

How do i download gravity box from the installer? Can not find download links on the web either.
Edit: ok found the download for gravitybox but having trouble getting homescreen transparency. Did get the lockscreen though

It actually works with the stock launcher, but you have to use live wallpaper.
I dont know why

Tinted status bar module for Xposed will work for most apps. Gravitybox for launcher or lockscreen.

definately works with the stock launcher but like fastestracer5 said just use a live wallpaper and it works.
