Root [Virgin Mobile/Sprint] UGENT: I need a zip to erase userdata via CWM....details inside.

I hosed my /data partition, don't ask. lol
The fix after much research is to use adb to 'erase' (not format) 'userdata' folder/parition? Reason being is that my f3 can't connect to a PC anymore, some hardware thing, so I cant run adb on it to fix my /data mount issue I am having from CWM. I can flash a rom but it won't boot because of this.
The fix is in the userdata erase. Can someone make me a .zip that will achieve this userdata erase? The command is fastboot erase userdata. It's messed up a situation yes I know....if my usb wasn't f'ed up I could do this myself in a minute.

So to summarize:
My usb to pc doesn't work (it will charge though and it's not a driver thing)
CWM flashes a rom error free.
A reboot after flash goes back into cwm recovery.
Everything mounts fine except /data in CWM recovery.
The general fix is just a filesystem tweak by erasing userdata via fastboot.
I can use fastboot due to my usb to pc issue.

Help?
Flashable zip would be my only hope to easily save this phone.
My theory is that my internal memory "/data?" is corrupted and can't be mounted. My fault I believe. lol

here is the exact error in the cwm log:
w: failed to mount /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata (file exists)
 
After a lot of research, people have run into this because of Links2sd messing up. That is indeed what happened to me.
Like I stated it is such an easy fix but I can't do fastboot commands because something is wrong with my usb to pc hookup (I did drop the phone a while back who knows), so again I state it's NOT a driver issue so please don't ask. :)
 
I know I keep repsonding to my own thread but I am still researching and would love some devs to chime in to see if Im on the right track.
Perhaps all I need to do is flash a data.img file? Does such a thing exist for our phone?
