If someone can make a backup with CWM on their stock phone and upload it, you could then place those files in your CWM backup folder and restore it with recovery.
However, backups made with custom recoveries do not touch the modem so if you flashed a ROM that disabled functions of your radio, you will have to wait until someone makes a flashable stock rom or even just the modem. The custom recovery only backs up, system, data, cache, and boot.img (kernel).

What do you mean turn off the radio....my data works if that's what you saying. And thanks btw ill try that when I get home
