I just compared the keyboard in my Galaxy 3 to the PC keyboard I am typing this with and it is identical as far as letters are concerned.

I have the Swype option active and indeed it is identical to the Nordic PC qwerty keyboard I am typing this on excepting the location of umlauted letters "
