Hi people,
I have picked up a virus adware which symptoms are ads that pop up randomly interupting the use of my phone . If i press the android button , that displays all the apps that are running in back ground , the app that always comes up when an ad comes on is the android search app.
This is the search app you use to search for something on the phone .
If i go to settings ,apps, all runnings apps and select search app, i can stop it operating and the random ads stop until i run a few new apps to which the search app seems to be activated again.
I uploaded an anti virus and it detected the virus but i could not delete the search app because its part of the android operating system ..
-My questions is how did android allow a virus to hijack the operating app ?..
-How can i get rid of it if its inside my search app . Even if i reset phone wont it remain there ?
