Help Virus prevails after hard reset

Hello. You may have read my previous posts on the "virus"in my phone which installs apps without my permission. I had done one reset yesterday, but the problem came back again. Today, I did a hard-reset, left preinstalled apps(including Clean Master) intact, and removed the memory card. It came back again. now what

A hard reset will not wipe the system partition.
Flashing the factory firmware will.

I've found what may be your firmware but am skeptical. After reading through your previous posts I tend to agree that this device has a host of budget related issues.
If you will be patient , I'm in the process of checking the firmware package for potential issues.


Edit:
I cannot verify any of the packages. They contain a .pac file which I cannot open. You're welcome to try it. Just Google your device name followed by "firmware". There are plenty to choose from
