Help Virus Protection for Androids

TBH? ..I used to run one 24/7 and it hasn't protected me from anything unusual, constantly trying to run scans in background (causing lag), ect. Almost worthless on some counts and hogging RAM. ..BUT if you like task killers, remote location/lock wipes and app lockers too, it aught do ya good. Ones with accessories can be marginally useful but actual virus protection is virtually nonexistent for Androids since there's few viruses in Linux that actually do anything (at this time). Most dangers involve installing malware and you'll be the one authorizing the installation anyways. Some of this info is fact but mostly opinion & I gave my 2¢ [emoji6] Hope it helps.
