Help Virus warning

So basically my phone has a virus. It pops up adverts every few hours such as http://i58.tinypic.com/2zprtid.png and http://i58.tinypic.com/6glc7n.png
Basically when I decided to click the remove virus button on the first pop up shown, even though I believed it to be a fake message and it directed me to this. http://i61.tinypic.com/alrf3m.png
This seems to be a genuine program, although I thought that the message was definitely fake.
Do I install this or not? Will it help? (Other antiviruses haven't been able to detect anything)
If i shouldn't install this then what could i do to try and get rid of these viruses?

DO NOT INSTALL ANY OF THIS STUFF! All you're doing is installing malware! Installing antivirus programs is very likely the cause of your problems.

Uninstall ALL task killers, RAM memory optimizers/boosters, battery savers/repairers, cache cleaners, antivirus, etc etc. None of that stuff is necessary. Such apps are actually counterproductive and some are just plain evil as you have seen. They actually waste power and disrupt critical system processes and degrade performance. Not to mention the nag ads many throw up, again as you have witnessed.

After uninstalling any such apps, download and run this. It is not an antivirus program in the usual sense:

Uninstall any and all of the type of crapware I listed first. Don't just drag it into the Trash or tap Uninstall in the Play market. Do a more complete uninstallation. Uninstall this way:
Settings > Apps > Select app > Force stop > Clear cache > Clear data > Uninstall

Then for good measure clear the cache partition. This varies somewhat by device. To be sure you do it correctly, Google 'clear cache partion <name of your device'. Follow instructions carefully. Clear the cache partition only once.

Hopefully, your pop-up problems are now gone. If not, try running Malwarebytes again, it might go now. If still no good, the next step is a factory reset of the device.
