Hi, how can I get rid of viruses on Lenovo A816 - that still persist after "Reset to manufacturer" + erasing all cache memory? A number of antivirus apps used without helping (Kaspersky, Go security). Thanks

A Lenovo, it might have come new with "viruses", i.e. malware/spyware from the factory. What is Kasperky actually reporting? BTW I don't trust GO Security at all, that's a "virus" itself.

Kaspersky antivirus did not detected any viruses (or other problems)...

Well, 1) from time to time the phone is forced & auto redirected to SPAM URL's, 2) a whole internal documents directory was entirely deleted (cannot be accessed, no listed anymore)...

Browser redirects could just be advertising scripts from some website you have visited. Often just clearing caches for the browser is enough to fix that. Need not be malware as such.

If you only install apps from the Play Store the chances of malware are low. There aren't any self propagating malware (a true virus) for Android, it generally relies on tricking you into installing it.
