Help visiting dodgy sites

Been visiting dodgy sites (nothing illegal)on my phone
Now it's graphics jumping and is slow
Scanned using a few different anti virus apps and it's came back okay but seems slow
DI'd hard reset
If I had been infected by malware would anti virus pick it up
There's nothing else bad can happen is there

It's not as risky as using my laptop is it? I dint need a firewall etc

You get a lot of background stuff you don't want that way.
Nothing with a virus probably, but pop up ads you don't want.

My screen keeps jumping
No chance of anything that could get inside ram or something? ?

I rrad browsing on smartphone is riskier than a computer surely not?
