Never had a problem with my hero, then ug.
Problem #1: I'm no longer getting notifications when I receive voicemails. When I try to open visual voicemail I get a blank screen with "voicemail" bar at the top as though it is loading but then it just pops back to the home screen.
Problem #2: I can't get data, checked my settings and even though mobile network is checked it only says "standby for connecting to mobile network" but never actually connects. My husband's phone is connecting so I know its not a location issue.
I've tried the basics, restarting, toggling settings. Trying to avoid hard reset. Any thoughts?
