I downloaded Visual Voicemail Plus (by Phone Fusion) from the market and I love it. When you open it and have a voicemail waiting, you can read it before you click on it to hear it. Now the word recognition isn't perfect, but it gets enough words right so that you understand what the message is about without listening to it. Check it out!
