Visual Voicemail

Not sure if this is the right section since I'm not sure if there's an app I need to download for this, or of I need to contact T-mobile and have them enable it.

I've been trying to get Visual Voicemail on my phone for weeks now but can't seem to figure out how to do it. I've tried downloading apps off the market and none seem to work well. I'm currently running Cyanogenmod7 on my T-mobile mt4g. I've read that I MAY have to call T-mobile to have them enable the option, but I don't know how to go about that.

Do I just call and say "Hey, I rooted my phone and need you to enable visual voicemail for me" or what?

There's a T-Mobile Visual Voicemail app in the market. I haven't used it for years (went to Google Voice) but if I remember right you do have to call 611 and have VV enabled. Won't matter that you're rooted.

How can I find it? I've searched Tmobile visual voicemail and nothing comes up.

Search 'Visual Voicemail', that's how I found it. If it still doesn't come up it may not be available for your particular phone.
