VM is stupid.

Just got the Evo in the mail. Call customer service says I have to update to the $35 dollar plan I understand that. But I can't use the phone until the Fourth of AUG when I play my bill since I go into a authorized VM store and my bill with cash. This is dumb
 
why not just open a new line at 35 and keep the other line until it expires? dont really see an issue here. you've options to get your phone on and active NOW
 
Just got off the phone with VM they refunded me my $25 for my current month so all I have to do is go to the VM store and put $10 on the account simple enough.....
 
Um if u change ur plan now with ur $25/credit + $10 out if pocket, that should restart your month, so ur next due date will be 30days from that day. Unless I'm missing something here. It is 2mins till 6am and no sleep
