VM LG Volt possibly hacked?

I had a VM Volt and I noticed the time on it had changed to about 2 hours earlier than it was. I rebooted the phone and it went back to sometime in 2011. Is this indicative of some type of virus or otherwise? I switched to another phone that I happen to have and took the Volt off my account. Is there a way I can test the phone to see if it's been compromised, or is this phenomenon indicative of some other problem? If it was compromised, would resetting it to factory spec fix it?

I would just reset. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

If anything, it indicates a network connection error of some kind. Are there network problems in your area? Have you tried connecting to Wi-Fi to see if it corrects itself?
