Help VM question about minutes used

Question: I've owned the Optimus V for a few days now on the 300 minute plan. I noticed yesterday that a 57 second call was billed as 2 minutes. Does anyone have any insight into this? I'd love to know if they are intentionally ripping people off or if they are including the amount of time the phone rang which could have been 5-10 seconds and that is what made it 2 minutes.

I know this sounds trivial but it could make an impact over a month's usage.

I know what you mean, I've never went over 150min at Sprint for over 2years now. now with VM I go over 300min a few days before the end of the month. I'm also ganna try tracking the min on the nextmonth cycle...

I too noticed excessive use of minutes. I normally used 300 minutes in 3 months. I will try to track the usage

I have the 1200 min plan,never had any issues running out of minutes on my Blackberry,but i just got the V Monday i have only used 100 minutes so far,i will have to monitor it.
