Root vm turn off data speed reduction???

Hi all its me again with another question all vm phones have unlimited data in their plans but if you go over 2.5 gigs they slow your phones data speed. I'm kinda an abid anime fan and it kinda sucks I download like 2 difrent roms watch like 10-15 episodes on animania and I get that cursed text saying I went over my 2.5 gigs now all of a sudden my shows buffer every two to ten seconds and frankly it kinda gets old is there anyway to arange it so that the network can't tell how much data you use something like a modified root file or an IP scrambler I did something last month that actuly did reset the meter I don't know how but I think sliepnir did it but I wouldn't recomend doing it that way it was alot of bootloops ill put it that way

Its considered fraud to ask such things...but were one to Google something along the lines of "how to remove data throttle" one could likely find what they're asking about...
