Vodafone INDIA Note 4: How long do we have to wait more for Lollipop ?

Hi, I am using Galaxy Note 4 and my carrier is Vodafone and I am from India. Note 3 got lollipop right ? Many other phones got Lollipop also. This is one of the high budget phones from Samsung, so why are still not getting it ?
Any idea as when will we get it ?
 
I just got mine I am on Vodafone UK just to let you know and finally we have it as my boyfriend has lollipop since Christmas which is annoying
