Voice and Data Question

Does the Note 3 have Voice and Data? I was wondering those thinking about going from Note 2 to Note 3. Does the Note 2 have Voice and Data? I am coming from the GNex in which I can do voice and data. A friend of mine that works for Verizon told me that I can.

You should be able to use voice and data simultaneously. Its an lte phone which is over a gsm network so even on sprint and Verizon it will be able to use voice and data.

I hope so. The iPhone 5 I'm on now is supposedly an LTE/GSM world phone, but on Verizon I can't do both at the same time.

The iPhone is the only LTE phone that doesn't do simultaneous voice and data.

If my Galaxy Nexus can do voice & data simultaneously, I can't imagine why the Note 3 wouldn't...

Looking at the FCC Report if I am reading it Correctly I hope that I am wrong. It looks like there is no Voice and Data for the Note 3 Starting on page 7 - 9.
