I was just on the howard forums and theres a member there with the attain and he claiming that the attain is the first phone from metro that allows users to be in a call and use data in the same time i would like if anyone of ya attain users could verify this. thanks in advance!:D
 
I can use other data applications like Google Maps while on a voice call on the Attain, so I believe you can use voice and data at the same time.
 
Ok thanks for verifying that i suppose what i was trying to say is that your 4g icon never dissapears while your on a call correct?
 
yes, i have the metro pcs samsung galaxy attain 4g schr920 and i can use "talking on phone" the phone and surf the web. i can even have 5 things hooked up to my 1click tether from DIY Gadgets with ssid customized password that lets me connect my ps3 to my phone with out having to conect the usb to a laptop, real wireless :)

i have wanted to see how much my phone can do before my ps3 lags....
it does not i have had my laptop, samsung admire schr720, Ps3,"black ops" and used phone "talked on speaker phone while playing blackops"

best phone yet! "beats the esstem by far-zdnet"
 
beating the esteem eh sorry i wouldnt agree with that just for calling over 4g in the sametime does not make it a better phone.
 
i havent heard anything bad on the esteem, but i love the Attain hands down. the 2.3.6.4 is awesome love the little features of my attain. but who am I to judge?? when we live in a world where lossing your cell phone is worse then lossing your virginity:cool:
