voice cmd apps

settings - language and imput - under speech...... I only have voice recognizer, voice search, and text-to-speech output....... no voice cmd apps...... how can I find it?
 
Apps aren't listed in settings, they're in the app drawer. But what you probably want is to download a voice command app from the Play store.
