Root Voice command keep sayin error

I root my phone but i tried to install this app from a different phone that comes with it . Its a stock app that my samsung galaxy attain had in there but when i tried to open it it keep poppin out that voice command is not support, force close and every time that i force close it keep poppin it so i cant even use my cellphone can u guys give me some ideas to fix it.

Did you try rebooting the phone so you can uninstall or delete the app

I did the factory data reset and it wont do nothin it would do the same

if you can boot your phone in safe mode, you should be able to remove
the problem program.

here is a link on how to start up in safe mode.
boot safe mode, remove the problem app ,and reboot.

install and use the 2nd init restore and make a back up
before experimenting next time.

Factory reset didnt fix it? Was it installed as a system app?

If you cant fix it in safe mode you may need to unbrick.

I just tried to go into safemode myself,but didnt seem to boot into it
The thread says to hold volume down while turning
Safe mode is supposed to disable certain aapps n stuff for debug or repair
You should be able to uninstall or go to system apps and delete with a root file manager.
It may be possible to have adb on a computer and connect with it to remove it But i dont know how
I can say unbrick and root is easy and wont take long

I try to delete it with root explorer but i couldnt cuz u have to push and hold the screen and that thing keeps popin out

By any chance do you have an app called boot buddy installed?

No i install voice control and thats the one that keep popin out

Ok i just asked because we could probably fix it if you had bootbuddy installed
I would try fixing using adb with a computer
Or just go unbrick,Its pretty easy
Either way,when its fixed,install the recovery and makebackups incase you have issues like this again

With recovery you would have had this fixed in 5 minutes
