Help Voice Dialer after GB

Before GB, the voice dialer would prompt with voice when trying to call. After GB, just a beep. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Read in another forum to go into settings> voice input output> text to speech settings and install voice data. I don't use this so I hope it helps.

That does not fix the problem. Kinda annoying. You have a bluetooth speaker in your car. It engages the voice dial if you need to call someone. Now it is only good for answering calls.
