Help voice dialer force closes

When I use voice dialer to select a number to call (after saying who i want to call), I get a force close. and this only happens on one contact right now. other contacts have no problems

Here is the error:

The application Voice Dialer (process com.android.voicedialer) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

any idea what's going on here?
