Voice Dialer

Hi, there is any chance to use system Voice Dialer ? only i find it when browsing all app, but can`t find any way how use it...

It is actually just a service not an app itself. However this means that you can download any number of applications from the Playstore that perform the audio recording function and they will work on your device.
