having echo on cell phone galaxy 3. I don't hear it but when someone calls they here them self.

In my experience its usually caused by using the speakerphone during a call. You could also try and turn your in call volume down. These things are usually the culprit behind the echo for me but it may be something else. Hope this helps!

This is almost always a speakerphone induced issue or a temporary carrier problem.
