voice input

Hey, I got a month or so again the google voice thingy...called voice action or something. Now i just learned I can use it in handcent or browser instead of physically swyping the words in. I click the little microphone symbol beside the . button. it seems to work well 90% of the time but the odd time it wont input the words I just spoke. Need to re-install it??? like it registers the words because I can see the wave length oscilations but it just wont put it on the screen.

then i go out of the program (handcent) , go back in then it works again.

help? ideas?
