My voice mail message system on my Galaxy Prevail says all messages are currently deleted but yet the VM icon still shows up in the corner of my phone.
Mine had done that one time and I just rebooted the phone it was fine after that, and one other time I called from another phone left the message checked the message and then erased it that'd work too.
