I had a Note 5 that had a voice mail button/app that when pressed opened my VM so I could see all my saved messages and waiting VM. I press which one I wanted hear and it would play back. However my Note 5 died a horrible death. Needing a phone quickly I now have a Note Edge which I understand is basically a Note 4. I restored it from my saved Note 5 back up. It's VM is different. When pressed it calls a number that I have to enter a password and then press a number to hear my waiting VM. I called Verizon tech but they said there should be no difference between the Note 5 and Edge VM. Does anyone know how I can get the Note 5 VM onto my Note Edge? Thank you.
