Voice mail problem

UK. T-Mobile. PAYG. Unbranded.

I had voice mail working OK on my Galaxy S1 and it functioned perfectly. I am now using the Slll and find that despite the voicemail function having the correct number to call and when trying it indicates that I have no voicemail. Others call me and I let the phone ring out without answering and the caller hears that the number is not available at this time and to phone back later.
I am not using google for this function.
What am I missing?

I'd suggest calling your provider, I think its something on their side. Maybe it needs to reactivate voicemail? I'm a newbie myself so can't offer much to help!
