Voice Navi (Google Maps/ Waze) volume drops low automatically?

I just want to confirm if anyone has a fix for this yet. When I listen to spotify in my car, and running GPS..plugged in aux..The voice navigation seems to default and automatically goes to a low volume...as I raise it back up..the next voice speech auto brings it back down again to a whisper level..anyone aware of this?

Check the "headphone volume warming thread" I believe they are related.

This is a jellybean and Kit Kat thing. So annoying so far I haven't found a fix. I just learned to live with it.

I think it is default of the GPS apps to have thier volume secondary if your are doing something else at the same time IE listening to music, on a phone call etc. I don't think there is a way to fix it.
