Voice Recognition Screen Lock

Does such an application exist? and if so, where? I like my phone locked but I am a machinist and have quite oily hands at times, voice recognition would be more suitable than a slide or password. Or if i could get my hands on biolock.
 
Pretty neat, however it doesnt solve the lock screen problem incase I want to make an outgoing call or something of the such.
