Voice Recognition

Is there an application to enhance the voice recognition between my pioneer Avic Z-130BT and my EVO 4G? All of the other voice commands work fine, but it will not recognize names from my contact list. The bluetooth engine is Parrot. This is getting very frustrating.

Have you got Voice Search installed on your phone yet?

Yes. And just uninstalled and re-installed to make sure I had the latest version.
