Voice Search -- Multilingual

I have my phone set in a language other than English (US), which is the language that the Voice Search widget recognizes. The problem: Voice Search doesn't also recognize English!

Does anyone know how to set Voice Search to recognize multiple languages? :confused:

Using: Android 4.1.2 on Galaxy S2
