Help voice talk app removal

I'm rooted and need to remove the voice talk app from my phone. It keeps opening itself up and running. I did a search and tryed titanium backup but I cant get access to app to remove, try ES file Explorer it is a read only file, tryed Go launcher but still can't get it to shake with X to remove. Any ideas??
Running JB, Been running great till last week.
I also have a bad charge port tryed 3 new cords but still random charge up. can this cause my trouble?
 
Now I try to clean USB port, and took a eyeglass screw driver and lifted the terminal pin for the USB port and again so far seemed to be working. Battery is charging and no random car mode pop up's.
