Help Voice talk pops up

Hello,
I have a big problem with my galaxy s2. After yesterday, voice talk keep pops up and i don`t know how to put an end of it.
Pls some one help me

R u double pressing the home button?

Check the USB port on the phone and clean it out if necessary, crud in there can make the phone think it's in car mode. I normally just blow into it to blast out any fluff etc.
