Help Voice to text connection problem

Alright i can't find anything actually helpful on this...

When Trying to use voice to text, for an e-mail, text, pretty much anything i get a "connection problem"

Anyone know of any apps that disable this feature? or just a setting in general that i am missing?

happens to me sometimes as well... usually on second try it works, that or i will turn mobile data off then back on

Yeah my data is always off since i can't use it where i am at but i do have my wifi on, and i try probably like 4 times before i give up

For anyone else having the problem, What it was, was when i was trying to use the voice to text i noticed my wifi signal going in and out, so it just has to be connected to be working, kinda stupid if you as me but it is what it is.
