Help Voicemail indicator not appearing?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have an issue with their voicemail indicator not appearing on their DNA? This is the second time this happened to me. I sometimes won't get a notification that I have voicemail until over a week later. Is there anything that I can try?

I had the same thing happen a few days ago. I went into the Verizon voicemail settings (press 4) and had to turn the notification back on. Like you, this is the second time I've had to do this. I'm not sure if it's a DNA or a Verizon problem.

I must be missing something. My wife's Inc4G has had this issue for a while now. What do you mean by press 4?

My guess is that it's a DNA problem...if it was a Verizon problem, we would be seeing more complaints.

hilmar2k, I think it depends on the cause. My notification was definitely on but was just not appearing. Apparently HenryKrinkle's phone's VM indicator was accidentally switched off.

Did you try a hard restart of the phone (not just turning it off but pulling restarting the phone)? I did that (I do that every few weeks, just to clear out the memory) and my notification popped up a few hours later.

When you dial into VM you can press 4 to bring up VM options.
