Help Voicemail notification

Can someone help out a android n00b here? Is there a way to set up a seperate (hopefully repeating) audible notification for voicemail? Though to me this would seem like a no brainer item, I can't seem to find it.

Also, while I'm at it. Is there a way to set up signatures in the default mail app?

Don't know of any sig option in email myself.

As for voicemail, since I get an SMS notification when I have a voicemail, I setup reminders using Handcent. Works pretty well for me. If you use handcent, you should disable the notifications of the stock messaging app

*edit, dang well I tested my setup after I posted this. It's not working like it did yesterday. I had my reminders in handcent set for every 5 minutes but of course it's now not doing what I asked. So possibly disregard my advice
