I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail 2 and I keep getting the error above. It keeps popping up that I have a voicemail but I don't. The icon will not go away.
Each carrier uses a different voicemail system - it has nothing to do with the phone. Call your carrier's tech support number and ask them what's going on with that error.
