Atrix2 how do I set up. i hold 1 and I get a busy signal

Voicemail is a carrier thing, not a phone thing. Try calling your cell phone number using your cell phone. If you've never reached it before you should be given an option to set it up.

Or call your carrier's tech support number (on a different phone) and they'll walk you through it.
