I'm traveling to Europe in about a month, and I'd like to find a VoIP app that can work purely over WiFi (if it works over EVDO, that's great, but I don't need it). Does anyone know of such an app?
It sounds like Fring might do it with a Skype account, but to test it out I have to put $10 into that account (it appears the minimum amount you can put in is $10), and I'm not sure I want to sink $10 into testing it out when I could spend a lot less if it does actually work.
