volt have usb host?

Does anyone out there know whether the Volt comes with a USB host, meaning, is the mini-USB port (charging port) capable of sending power?

It is an OTG port. I however was unable to determine if OTG ports restricted the power amount used, Regular OTG powers follow the USB 2.0 standard. This means up to 500mah should be able to be drawn from the power.
