Help Volt won't send SMS sometimes

Lately my Volt is having problems sending texts. They take forever to go thru. This especially happens when I turn on my Wi-Fi. I've tried updating the prl and profile but that doesn't seem to work. I'm on boost mobile BTW.

No I'm stock without root

Could be a service issue in your area then. Have you talked to Boost?

No I haven't but that might be my next step.

What SMS app do you use? I had similar issues with the stock app, so I use Google's Messenger.

I'm using go SMS pro but I had the same problem with the stock app and textra.

Seems like an issue with your service. I am using Boost Mobile LG Volt (Textra SMS app replacement) and I never ever have any issues unless I'm not getting any service (rare)

Well It's working atm. Guess I'll just deal with it.

Use Textra and turn on option that tells you that your message was sent. Textra is a really good SMS replacement app. I love it. You should always be able to send text messages if you have service.
