Volume boost

I'm looking for an app that will surely boost the volume to Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and
that it can auto run to set the volume boost on phone boot. I also looking for
a microphone booster for the same phone.

I need the microphone booster to auto run to apply boost on phone boot aswell.

Now in order to get true boost volume.You can install an audio engine,Like AC!D Audio Engine,But in order to install this,Your device has to be rooted with a CWM/TWRP recovery.

Do you know of an other engine that does not need CWM/TWP recovery?
 
I have a Jelly Bean phone on a shelf, set aside partly for that reason. Google did something to protect themselves with that version by limiting the headphone output level. I wound up getting an LG Optimus Fuel, which has Kit Kat and doesn't have that problem.
