volume control for apps?

I am wondering if is there a volume control app for control volume of app? like video players haven't had got a volume control on the screen.

Every app that uses volume should have a volume control for you when you press the volume buttons. If not, you can download Audio Manager and use that to control the volume. The volume for the games/videos is called Media Volume.

when i push [example search button ] does pop up volume control so I can change volume level over any apps?
